Last year the winner of the Aussie Millions Main event took home a staggering AUD $1,500,000. This year it could be even bigger. This is the biggest poker tournament in the southern hemisphere, where the best players meet to see who will be crowned the Australian Poker Champion.

The event will be held in the dazzling Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia from the 14^th January.

The prize is a 9,000€ package including entry to the AUD $10,500 No Limit Texas Hold’em Main Event & approximately 2,250€ accommodation/travel money!

You can win one of these seats via the satellites running over the next six weeks which gives entry into one of the 475€ online finals on the 11^th of November and 9^th of December.

2.20€ & 6€ satellites will run every day. Winners of the daily satellites will win entry into the weekly Sunday 50€ final at 18:30 GMT to compete for a 475€ seat in the online final.

• The tourney event that represents the prize is the Australian Poker Championships 2008 Main Event to take place between the 14^th & 20^th January 2008. The prize includes approximately 2,250€ travel/accommodation money (depending on the Euro/Australian Dollar exchange rate on the date of funds transfer).
• The prize does not include travel to or from Melbourne; or accommodation, this is the sole responsibility of the player.
• The minimum age limit for the tournament is 18.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of IPNpoker.com. IPNpoker.com will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
