In No limit games the small blind is equal to half the size of the big blind. So at a $5/$10 table the small blind is $5 and the big blind is $10.

In No Limit games any player can make a raise of any amount. The minimum raise must always be the least size of the previous bet or raise (for example, in a game with $5-$10 blinds, the first player into the pot could not bet a total of $15, because that would only be a raise of $5. The minimum bet in this situation would be a bet of $20, which is a raise of $10.
